-Collaborating with relevant development teams to configure the products and services according to customers' requirements and to resolve technical issues raised by customers -Taking end-to-end ownership of technical issues that customers face -Prioritizing product requests in coordination with customers -Evaluating risk management for each customer and proactively avoids dissatisfaction or loss of business, aiming to retain throughout the customer lifecycle

-Managing multiple accounts to ensure customers success in service renewal, product adoption, and overall satisfaction -Coordinating the workflow with relevant departments -Monitoring the overall progress, leading and contributing to necessary process meetings -Collecting analyses and interpreting interaction data that is useful in optimizing the customer experience and reporting to the management as needed

-Identifying and prioritizing product/service updates that reflect customer requests, industry, market, and competitor trends, and developing reports and actionable insights for key stakeholders -Managing and coordinating various departments -Contract, partner and financial tools management

-Project planning, setting goals, project milestones and completion plans -Risk analysis and risk management -Maintaining schedules and budgets for each project

-Managing implementation projects, budget, quality and cost -Planning and monitoring resources -Leading meetings between teams and other stakeholders

-Managing cash flow, OPEX reports and P&L statement -Planning, implementation and controlling the projects

-Establishes project priorities and schedules, in line with strategic plans and operating objectives -Negotiation the contract and the integration process with clients
