• Automation Scope definition within Europe Division. • Budget planning & control, savings & payback (HC/ MODs & space reduction, process improvements, logistics maintenance costs, product quality improvements, supply, insourcing) • Lead process Automation Team (Automation Launch Leaders, ME Managers) • Automation integration for NEW and existing production cells / for existing products and NEW LAUNCHES. • New technologies: Robot handling, Laser cutting; 3D measurement; bending & end forming.

• Delivery of the most major business program for coming years- Daimler new C Class • Define project scope together with OEM customers • First level contact for customers • Supplier verification; price negotiation & specification definition • New process implementation: Presses (5-100 tones), forms, stamp, extrusion, cutting, vulcanization • Plan & control: budget (capital & tools); NPV; Payback; Margin

• Deliver firsts program and project for the NEW Company Business • Responsible for first level planning & running complex programs/projects • Agree conditions with the customer (internal/external), • Plan & control budget for investments (equipment) • Manage budgets & team resources (PEAR; BC; RegForm) • Develop and respect program planning • Lead cross functional teams

• Coordinate global transfer projects in different BU’s • Define 5-year Global Company Strategy together with M&L Business Units leaders ; OE Customers; M&L strategic team Global responsibilities in the organization for supervise/control all: • transfer projects • Insourcing projects • Outsourcing projects • New product launches

• Lead the biggest transfer project in company history (with more than 400 variants) • Manage project through regular, frequent meetings and relevant reporting • Monitor the readiness level of the receiving facility. Report timely any critical deviation from plan • Ensure that quality standards are maintained/improved in the new location and help to obtain customer quality approval • Lead different cross-functional teams (India, China, Brazil, USA and Europe countries)

• Control & improve electrodes production process • Prepare and control project timing (including potential risks & mitigation planning) • Control and deliver project on time (according SOP’s) • Organize trainings for operators; process/quality/logistic engineers • Report status to the management and customer / cooperate with the supplier • Lead several transfer projects • Setup/Organize safety stocks for transfer
