Responsible for loading monthly IMS, new pack/products to the system. Manage the profiling process of aligned countries. Update the Sales Resource Optimisation analysises. (Carry-over, concentration curves, frequency distributions, etc.) Updating quarterly national achivemet files. Responsible for Aorta tests. Support the team for weekly Retina reporting

Responsible for delivery and distribution of weekly – monthly IMS report for Neurology and Ophtalmology divisions. Sales data collecting from warehouses, reporting for Medical division. Monthly regional competitive sales reports. Supports the BUM/BUD in implementation of customer segmentation and targetting. Responsible for calculating quarterly national sales targets and target realizations of sales forces. Calculating sales force bonus and ıncentives, creating templates, working on new scenarios.

Responsible for delivery and distribution of weekly IMS report for all divisions. Tender data collecting from related institutions and reporting to Operation Manager. Coordinating Global CRM program, data implemantation and maintain all the operation. Supporting Operation Manager and BUM/BUDs to perform sales force territory alignment.
