• to manage development, implementation and usage of IT and Management systems related standards, policies, standard operating procedures, guidelines, SLAs; • Administrator & Installation manager of ERP system • to administer Databases • to design and develop reports in Crystal Reports; • Member of Change advisory board, manage User acceptance tests . • to purchase SW/HW and components; • to manage and direct IT professional staff
