As part of GaN Business Line, I am responsible for the product definition of high-voltage GaN controllers for consumer and industrial applications. My role includes identifying market needs, defining product requirements, and driving the development of innovative power solutions. Currently, I am focused on hybrid flyback topologies for high-efficiency chargers and adapter applications.

Engineering Manager for the European region, responsible for driving technical activities and managing customer engagement across key strategic accounts. Working closely with Product Definition teams to translate customer requirements into new product specifications, while collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to drive revenue growth, increase design wins, and strengthen customer relationships across the region.

Field Applications Engineer responsible for supporting customers and business development across Europe. Expertise in the design, development, and debugging of high-voltage SMPS solutions, including PCB layout optimization and magnetic component design. Responsible for building complete hardware prototypes, validating performance, and delivering test results. Key responsibilities included supporting Sales teams to increase revenue and design wins through advanced technical engagement and customer support

Manager of Electronics Laboratories reporting to the Electronic Systems Director, leading EMC, firmware validation, acoustic, and component approval labs with a team of 9 people. Responsible for delivering project portfolios on time, cost, and quality targets, coordinating laboratory activities across all product development phases, and managing budgets and resource allocation. Responsible for defining testing procedures and validation standards, while supporting Qual teams to improve product reliability.

Responsible for the validation and production release of hardware and firmware for all company electronic projects, reporting to the Electronic Quality Manager. Fully involved throughout all project phases, from requirements definition to production and plant release. Key responsibilities included defining and executing HW and FW validation test plans, ensuring EMC compliance, managing resource allocation and activity prioritization for validation laboratories.

HW Designer and Architect for power control boards, responsible for defining and developing electronic solutions based on product requirements. Main activities included design, testing, and debugging of power control boards integrating SMPS, motors and loads drivers, inverters, microcontrollers, and sensor interfaces. Also involved in evaluating new and alternative electronic solutions to enhance performance, reduce costs, and maintain competitiveness through design optimization and competitor analysis.

Field Applications Engineer for the Italian market, supporting the portfolio of Power Integrations products. Key responsibilities included the design, prototyping, and testing of SMPS solutions, as well as providing both technical and commercial support to customers throughout all project phases, from initial development to post-production activities. Also contributed to business development by promoting company solutions and strengthening customer relationships in the Italian market.
