Responsible for managing user accounts, permissions, and master data within the warehouse management system (WMS). Optimize storage locations, conduct inventory checks, and generate reports. Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and lead user training. Administer and configure warehouse applications, test system updates, and maintain documentation. Analyze and improve workflows, contributing to process optimization and operational efficiency.

Offer on-site user support for WMS , including for the 1st and 2nd level support team. Create incidents and requests in the ticketing system and communicate with the central IT department in France. Testing of new releases in the test environment. Also manage hardware inventory and verification ( PC's,printers,scanners).Provide technical support and oversee external IT service providers. Handle licence , software and hardware orders . Setup workstations and interface with the IT departments.
