Project Title- "A Study on genotoxic and anti-proliferative effects of herbal formulations on S. cerevisiae and S. pombe".

Technically i was involved in making the culture media more fecund for variety of plants and culturing process more efficient. I and my team members were also involved in increasing the life span from 1yr to more of cultured plant inside the test tube, as the main idea of product is that that the cultured plant has to stay inside the test tube and the test tube lid should not be opened ever.

I learned agarose gel electrophoresis, handling tiny amounts of DNA, preparing agarose gel, loading DNA samples into wells, reading and interpreting the gel result way before i was taught the same in my 3rd year of Bachelor's. i also witness the preparation of C-DNA. It was just after completion of first year of my Bachelor's.
