- Quality management: Driving the process to adhere to strict quality metrics and filling up any gaps. - Quality Evaluator for the back-end process- Citibank (role involved quality monitoring, coaching new hires, internal & external calibrations, training sessions, maintaining MIS reports). - Independently handling the team strength of ~60 members on quality metrics and coaching. - Feedback and coaching sessions depending on the trend of scores (performance) and development opportunities.
