Shared 4 internal case studies in last 6 for various technical issues along with technical diagnosis. One of the case study assisted to eliminate a critical issue in a specific variant. 3. Achieved "more than 95% retails Vs PDI done" since last 5 month ensuring reduction in customer complaints and replacement of parts under warranty before first free service.
