• Directing the development, and implementation of HR policies to ensure effective management, productive employee relations, compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and integration of corporate initiatives with the intent of bringing a strategical perspective. • Demonstrated the understanding that people with a wide diversity of backgrounds are key in maximizing performance, encourage to invest in development, coaching, and feedback, and act with fair firmness when needed.

• Reporting directly to the Managing Director and corporate HR in a matrix organization. • Driving the implementation of global and local HR strategy and initiatives. • Advising and supporting management level and employees in all kind of HR activities.

• Responsible for a portfolio consist of approximately 450 employees in a business partnership model. ( Cnbc-e, Kral TV and Radios, Foreign Radios, Technical Broadcast, IT and Financial Affairs Departments) • Supporting and proactively driving the key HR processes in area of responsibility: recruitment, employee development, training, talent management, salary review, HC planning, budgeting, labor law etc.
