To accomplish this I focus on what matters to the customer and their industry, build amazing teams to surround the projects and quickly adapt to market changes. I have enjoyed many positions throughout my career from Company owner, Team Leader, Project Management, HR and Sales. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself: - I love to win and with this I instill the same attitude in my teams to strive for success and excellence - I own all of my decisions - I focus on the numbers and are able to convert these into tangible goals for the team I enjoy meeting new people and hearing other peoples ideas.
