-Implementation of Capacity Planning process -Responsible for achieving operational objectives defined by management

-processing customer orders, as well as monitoring parameters for demand fluctuation -preparing documents including invoicing, preparing appropriate specifications for daily delivery quantities; -creating, developing and maintaining forecast models for the customers -checking incoming credit and debit notes from customers; generating supplementary claims or credit notes -creating and maintaining master data in the system (SAP) -checking causes for delays in production, bottleneck, late deliveries

-Leads activities for processing and delivery orders for customers -Maintain the accuracy of information in SAP -Monitors and escalates issues that influence customer deliveries performance -Find solutions for all the issues that might appear in logistic process -Improving Supply Chain Strategy -Inventory management

-Responsible for creating and checking orders launched by the customers(SAP) -Keeps permanent contact via phone or e-mail with the customers and fulfills all customer requests; -Monitor shipments and prepares the invoices; -Complaint handling (missing items/changed items); -Issue documents necessary for each business case (order confirmation, del. note, shipment list, invoice, etc.)
