I have worked on two projects, one was a stand-alone project where I had to develop a miniprep kit for the firm to use instead of purchasing it commercially, and the other was an ongoing project in which I assisted. This quantum dot project, carbodiimide coupling was used to conjugate antibodies to the quantum-dot, unlike the commonly preferred markers such as HRP and streptavidin, and they were also tested for performance in Western Blot method.
