Apart from my Office Coordinator responsibilities my area of expertise is the following: Event Management, Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Marketing, HR functions, Finance and Administration, Office Management.

My duties involve dealing with all administrative tasks, taking care of the day to day running of the German facility, supporting the European Sales team and hosting and welcoming visitors. Furthermore, I am responsible for planning and organizing events such as the “Open House” at the new facility. This involves agenda planning, travel arrangements for guests, resource planning, meals/catering and dealing with any other requests or issues that may arise.

As a freelance translator I translated book resumes for the “foreign rights” section on the company website from German into English.

As a recruitment consultant I worked with candidates in order to find a suitable position for them. Furthermore, my duties involved consulting and advising employers on which candidates meet their requirements. It was essential to be an excellent communicator, enjoy networking and meeting people.

I worked at the Lufthansa ticket desk at Dublin airport and was responsible for dealing with any requests and issues that arose with Lufthansa and Star Alliance customers. Furthermore I supervised the Lufthansa check in desks and acted as a helpline for travel agencies throughout Ireland.
