Preparation and characterization of highly ultrasonic visible catheters by laser-induced foaming process. Preparation of biocompatible catheters from thermoplastic elastomer materials using an extrusion process. Laser-induced foaming of catheters. Ultrasonic and laser testing on developed catheters for medical applications.

Development and analysis of bio-compatiable foams from bio-degradable materials. Analysis using an optical light microscope. Software analysis using ImageJ and GIMP.

• Evaluated using theoretical and experimental studies. • AnAl-Cu composite was taken and rolled such that the composite is formed using a rolling machine. • Several destructive testings were made on the final sample to verify all the required properties. Tools: CATIA ,FEM (Ansys workbench).

• Designed and Developed a component for missile manufacturing. • 2D and 3D design of component was done. • Testing the component on various CNC machines Tools: AutoCAD.
