Managing a workforce of 3000 people and working on setting up the organization policies, PMS, HRMS implementation. Key responsibility include building a strong corporate team and have added functions like LP, VM, Buying and Merchandizing in specific categories. Also responsible for L&D and engagement activities across the workforce. Have also set up the entire PMS system and the Variable Payout policy from scratch for the corporate functions and also reworked the incentive scheme for front end associates.

Leading HR function for 1000 people across corporate, Warehouse, Retail front end and factory. I was heading a team of 20 members working on setting up the organization policies, PMS, Investor Relations. Led cross functional initiatives in Store operations, Marketing and Customer Relations. Set up the PMS function to adopt a Balanced Score Card approach over 6 year period. I was also responsible for all IR compliances and efficient management of the Admin function across all locations.

Leading the HR practice for the Indian JV of German Chemical giant Wacker Chemie AG. Managed total workforce of 200+. Set up the entire policy document, PMS systems and Management by Objective incentive scheme for the Sales function. Worked on Incentive Design and Workforce Planning in Wacker China. Founding member of the Wacker international HR team, Munich and Indo German Companies HR Steering Committee in India. Adept at cross cultural management as worked in teams from China, Germany and Australia
