Responsible for the hiring and onboarding processes of all employees by ensuring a positive candidate/employee experience. Assisting in handling and improving daily administrative people and organization tasks & processes. And supporting the team by defining an Employer Branding strategy.

Supporting the recruiting process by creating appointments, contacting the candidates and discussing with other recruiters and hiring managers the recruiting process. Assisting in other processes such as contract creation, organizing personnel development programs as well as onboarding events.

Responsible for the creation and management of strategic projects to increase transactionality and commissions for money remittances, in order to position Banco G&T Continental as the largest remittance payer in Guatemala. Supporting the remittance partners in their requirements and creating strategic alliances.

In charge of assisting both the administrative and the consulting management sector. Visiting clients, analyzing processes and organizational climate to create action plan reports and implement the improvements.

Responsible for providing psychological therapy to children and adults of scarce resources, applying psychological evaluations, as well as developing and implementing workshops for a government institution; Parenting School.

Responsible for teaching and stimulate German language to children between 2 and 7 years.

German teacher for children under 4 years.

I worked as a tutor for children of scarce resources, ages 6 through 10. I guided these students with counselling tools to promote their academic and social development. I assisted and guided them in their biopsychosocial development.
