Local and global sourcing, addressing new suppliers and raw material, saving over 80 thousand Euros of expenses in raw material costs. Also, running and auditing of the ISO 9001 & ISO 22000 quality systems of the company.

Feasibility studies, financial and business planning to apply to national and E.U. subsidized investment projects. Submitting of required documentation, interacting with public services and officials. On-line submissions of applications. Study applicable E.U., national and co-financed investment subsidy laws. Subsidies stemmed from financial resources of the Greek National Strategic Reference Framework, the Greek Investments’ Law 3299/2004 and relevant corporate investment subsidy programs.

Identification of the business needs of our clients in a preliminary level. Consultation for participation in a suitable EU & national co-funded investment program for entrepreneurial subsidies

Teaching of business related modules, namely “Organizational Behaviour”, “Introduction to Business” “Personal & Professional Development”
