- Source potential candidates through a variety of channels (e.g. social platforms, online career portals and professional networks such as LinkedIn, Xing etc.) - Update our candidates' database (add new or update already existing candidates) - Create and post job openings - Keep a track record of applicants and regularly respond to inquiries - Create documentation for internal and external stakeholders

- Receipt and forwarding of business documents, mail, phone calls - Filling, maintenance, and keeping of office records and documents - Support to accountants - Other administrative tasks in support of the legal team
