Initially, I led the cloud and virtualization management products. Subsequently, I took on the responsibility of building and delivering a cloud-native SaaS platform for orchestrating and managing SDWAN and NFV deployments.

I run the product marketing and management effort at this healthcare startup in Portland, Oregon. That includes everything from engineering spec, technology partnership to intellectual property strategy.

Building SaaS based software for the healthcare IT business. Still in semi-stealth mode.

Owned the business intelligence and financial management products. Performed market analysis, created product strategy, planned roadmap, created MRDs & PRDs and rolled out releases to the field. Engaged in the end-to-end sales process, from marketing, strategic sales enablement through collaterals and demos to tactical deal closing support.

Worked with customers, professional services and other e-Commerce functional team to address support issues and prioritize feature requests. Researched customer buying behavior metrics and identified product and process improvements to increase sales by over $1 million annually. Built a support engineering team in India to provide follow-the-sun system support capability. Managed the ordering platform performance program, reduced customer facing latency and errors by 35% and 40% respectively.

Created white papers, PRDs, technical reference guides and positioning recommendations for Oracle’s On Demand solution. Evangelized products at Oracle Open World and HP World conferences, presented enterprise solutions, and gathered over 100 leads from potential customers Led a 10-person cross-border, cross-functional team in US, UK, India, Australia and Argentina to implement Oracle's On Demand enterprise software outsourcing services. Led and worked on releases of Oracle database and application servers.
