Responsible for all user and customer research. Initiated and completed the largest user research project. Led a team of 3 from planning through recruitment to analysis and design recommendations. Conducted in-depth interviews, moderated in-person usability testing sessions, and planned unmoderated usability tests.

Facilitated a whole-day Design Thinking workshop for 51 employees of a large Austrian company, including preparations and moderation.

Conducted competitive analysis of social media channels. Conceptualised story presentation on the website. Analysed user experience and visitor traffic to the website, and proposed improvements to increase conversions. Communicated instructions for maintaining and improving the CMS to in-house developers.

Assisted in the preparation and delivery of a series of workshops that guided 60 students through the development of socially-driven ideas from conception to business plan. Delivered presentations about pitching business ideas. Organised a Christmas market that allowed 35 students to develop entrepreneurial skills. Coached students on marketing and sales techniques.

Designed and implemented a successful and award-winning environmental awareness campaign with a team of 10 students. Designed campaign branding, including logo, website design and social media presence, as well as product packaging.
