Expansion of a three-person team to eleven team members. Program lead on a project programm with organisational development (+75 new colleagues for two Schmitz Cargobull subsidiaries/sections), cultural change (teambuilding and agile work) and especially a product development roadmap of digitalization/electrical engineering projects until 2026. Cooperation with group PMO and co-creation of new processes/development of existing tools, processes and reportings.

Set up of a project management process & reportings for commercial projects with a small team and responsibility for country-specific contracts with international subsidiaries. Creation of an idea backlog together with the development department and responsibility for skill enhancement of the team together with the head of department.

Market introduction of the new Schmitz Cargobull TrailerConnect telematics hardware and service as well as telematics portal in 2017/2018. Project lead on standardization of telematics in all Schmitz Cargobull Reefer Trailers in 2018/2019. Lead on marketing content and support and organization of value added services trade fair set up. Set up of international sales trainings for new telematics and standardization of telematics together with company academy and execution of these trainings internationally.
