As a project manager at Mühlbauer group I am responsible for running project, create daily, weekly and monthly goals, presenting information, follow up with information from starting idea until full realisation. Also, I am responsible for managing roles, responsibilities, having contact on everyday basis with customers, tracking project and project changes and also djusting changes by myself and identifying SWOT analysis.

In April 2021, despite a severe Covid 19 pandemic, together with two friends I founded a basketball club, Tempo Bratunac. Currently in our club we have more than 40 children aged 5 to 10 years. From October 2021, we plan to have older categories, children over 13. Our goal is to promote true values, children's health, friendship and FairPlay through sport and contribute to society development in our region. Same chance in our club for boys and girls is important part of our mission, gender equality.

Office managers essentially ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis and may manage a team of administrative or support staff. As a sales and marketing manager I am responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. I also manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals. A basic activity of the plant is SURFACE CORROSION PROTECTION of steel structures by applying hot-dip galvanization process.

I allow access to other employees, answer phones, transfer calls, schedule appointments, answer questions, give directions and manage the flow of traffic in the office. It is the front desk receptionist who greets anyone who enters the building.

The barback makes sure that bartenders have everything they need (like glasses, garnishes, stocked bottles, fresh kegs) at all times.
