Leading M&A related tasks, e.g. the successful post merger integration of former jCatalog Software AG to OpusCapita (full legal, organizational, technological integration and global brand change).

Managed the integration office and the creation of a new Asian business unit for a very large European M&A transaction Prepared a business unit strategy for a major European shipping company Redefined the go-to-market plan of a new, innovative product for a Nordic leader in the telecommunications industry

Supported the corporate strategy creation through financial modeling, strategic analysis, and market research Executed the strategy process and supported the management board with reports and presentations

Responsible for monthly performance reports and forecasts, planning and monitoring of cost budgets, and developing and executing cost-saving projects
