Leading a portfolio of 14 routes (6 on Italian market and 8 on the European), leisure and business, designing and implementing new steering strategies and evaluating results. Creating a new reporting concepts and building up several local Access databases and cubes on Lufthansa data warehouse.

Management Start-Up activities project AirOne Smart Carrier Definition and implementation of analysis tools to evaluate business performance in term of: Booking Factor, Load Factor, RASK and Revenue; Monitoring and analysis of competitor price with INFARE; Evaluation and implementation of new revenue strategies Evaluation of different systems for: revenue and decision support (AirRM, Navitaire and Sabre); reservations, operations and distributions (between Sabre and Navitaire)

Support to Head of Revenue Manager in data analysis and realization of new instruments. Daily Analysis of Booking and of proceeds in relation to the data of budget and financial programming; Monthly Analysis of Sales data for any routes and Ancillaries sales, with special emphasis on sales of luggage in hold; Realization of automated analysis instruments, with writing through VBA code and performed with Office utilities.
