I am responsible for a full range of administrative services for the Senior Management team in the CEEMEA region, including the organization of mediuim and big scale medical events and business meetings, internal communication with various stakeholders and liaison with external vendors and suppliers. I manage the purchasing process for Portfolio, OTC and RX team in SAP and facilitate collaboration in SharePoint.

As the primary point of contact for employee relations, I provided support and connectedness to our global teams in EMEA, Brazil, the Philippines, and the US. I managed employee engagement activities and events and developed external and internal communication vehicles. I collaborated with various teams and departments on program launches and new initiatives, providing consultation to business leaders and copywriting services to our HR department and Senior Leadership.

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator in the hospitality industry, my main responsibilities included the creation of content for social media and corporate websites and the coordination of inbound marketing-related activities, support on email and telemarketing, and organization of marketing events, info tours and hotel show rounds.

I provided individual and group lessons to children and adults with a different level of language proficiency.
