- Identifying passive candidates using creative and innovative recruiting techniques; - Managing and executing full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and more; - Proactive high-level sourcing; - Managing the recruitment process and applicant flow; - Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders on diversity initiatives and attracting a diverse candidate slate.

- Attracting candidates using various sources; - Screening CV’s and setting up the right talent pipeline, cultivating and bringing high potential profiles to the team; - Taking part in the interviews, ensuring excellent candidate experience.
