Bertelsmann Accounting Services (BeAS) with SSC locations in Germany, Great Britain and US provides accounting services for the Bertelsmann Group. The MD "Processes & SSC Operations" is responsible for the SSC locations in UK and USA, manages all administrative tasks (HR, Controlling) and ensures further optimization of accounting processes by selecting and implementing relevant enabling technologies (mainly within SAP environment but also Robotics Process Automation, Machine Learning)

Project Manager for the design and implementation of an Accounting Shared Services Concept at Bertelsmann.

E.ON Business Services (EBS) covers the E.ON group wide central services for IT, HR and Finance Services. The position was responsible for 4 departments, thereof 2 teams for divisional controlling for the IT, HR and Finance Services, one team on Master Data Management as well one for Customer Relationship Support (responsible for contract and escalation management as well as revenue planning and reporting).

Leading a team of approx. 100 employees with goal of securing, optimizing and further extension of processes and IT systems in the area of accounting, controlling and procurement with the aim of achieving E.ON wide harmonisation. This includes change process management, customer relationship management, qualtiy management, contract management, rolling out template to companies)

Leading a Shared Service Center with appr. 400 employees in the area of finance, procurement & logistics as well as HR servicing all E.ON companies in Romania (starting 09/2008). Leading the service area "Controlling" (cost accounting/controlling, investment & project controlling, planning & reporting) (starting 05/2008). Restructuring different parts of the finance organisation as well as project leader of building up a Shared Service Center. Project leader implementing SAP FI/CO/MM.

Responsible for implementing E.ON group reporting requirements into a newly accquired company.

Focus area: process optimization within the area of finance as well as implementation of international accounting principles (IFRS / US GAAP).
