    Managed industrial projects and led teams (up to 50 direct reports including bleu collars, engineers, logistics and quality staff) in the Airbus A380 final assembly lines. Development of the air-conditioning system. Designed, implemented, and harmonized manufacturing processes. Actively participated in the A380 recovery program (rewiring) to secure a timely production ramp-up. Responsible for the customer acceptance of the cabin furnishing of the first deliveries to Singapore Airlines.
