Working as a working student in the Portfolio and Application Management (PMA) department since July 2022. My role involves preparing market potential analyses for Installed Base Services GIS, developing Customer Training Programs using the CLT tool with modernization and digitalization elements, creating Global Benchmarks for portfolio elements, and supporting Regional Heads with research for Future Services.

Working as a consulting partner with a startup founded by me and another associate of mine. My key responsibilities are training and recruiting new employees, handling al business inquires, Planning, Creating and Optimizing the work flow while managing the entire operation functionality so that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

As Project Coordinator at Riziliant Technologies, I led operations for 10 Sales Executives, optimizing workflows and ensuring revenue targets. I drove process improvements, facilitated stakeholder engagement, and presented KPIs to senior management. By applying PMBOK practices, I ensured scope, performance, and continuous improvement, aligning initiatives with strategic growth goals.

As an Senior Sales Executive my day to day work revolved around generating revenue for the company by selling their product effectively to the foreign clients by helping them understand the viability of product and helping them with their future queries and problems regarding their purchases.

As a new bird to the corporate world, my first assignment was to have direct one to one conversation with German natives and help them with their technical difficulties revolving around Computers and Software
