• Initiated and directed Substation Standardization Project to resolve recurring poor delivery issues - increased delivery by 6% in the first year. • Acted as an interface between the company and clients - visited 40 firms and presented the new project.

• Performed user acceptance testing of Protection and Control Management Information System (PCMIS) by prioritizing and executing more than 1500 test casesby investigating errors thoroughly in a timely manner. • Cooperated extensively with three team members through active discussions and meetings to make the testing process more systematic and efficient to meet the deadline.

• Tested the MovileView system application in various environments (outdoors, controlled settings, etc.) to fully explore and comprehend the application. • Investigated problems of the application with attention to detail and filed concise bug reports to be discussed in weekly meetings.
