I help individuals and organizations find creative solutions to their everyday challenges, navigate unfamiliar cultural waters with confidence, and simply get out of their own way so that they can do their best work.

*As a global leadership coach my role is to enable clients to compete in the global marketplace by developing intercultural competence. This is achieved through the application of intercultural theory, professional training, targeted assessments, and real-life experience. *As a member of the leadership board, my work is focused on business development and global positioning of GCN.

I was responsible for corporate-wide initiatives to develop intercultural competence, related seminars and the relationships with our preferred language partner at the Swiss Post. An important part of my work included designing and delivering tailor-made workshops for both internal and external clients. In both German and English I moderated large events and delivered intercultural coaching for specialists as well as middle to top management.
