In my current role, I am responsible for leading multi-disciplinary international teams of highly skilled engineers to deliver end-to-end Grid & Power Qualitiy (SVC & STATCOM) Solutions to Wind Industry and Utilities worldwide.

Overseeing the project management department of 25+ team members in driving multiple projects through entire project life cycle, and hold full managerial oversight over multi-million-dollar operation budget with P&L responsibility.

I led cross-functional project teams in executing projects, with a focus on project goals and deliverables, including risk management, budgeting, and forecasting, with a responsibility of P&L of assigned projects.

I presided over the full spectrum of project operations for multi-million-dollars greenfield and brownfield Air Insulated Substation (AIS) projects including civil work, up to 400kV for government utilities with a total project value of $23 MUSD

Supported Project Manager in planning, execution and completion multiple EPC projects of Extra High Voltage AIS and GIS Substations, including civil work, up to 400kV for utilities with a total project value of $27 MUSD.

I oversaw all aspects the SCADA system project, including design, testing, commissioning and its integration with PIDS, PAS, Radio, CCTV, Master Clock, Telephone, ECS and TVS systems as a part of Integrated Rail Communications System for Phase 1 of Delhi Metro Rail Project.

This was a technical role – I was responsible for installation, testing and commissioning of HT/LT cables, HT/LT motors, transformers, electrical panels, earthing grid, field instruments, PLC Panel, AC Drives, motor operated valves, etc. One significant project which I oversaw was the installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical and instrumentation systems of pumping and receiving terminals of Panipat to Rewari Product Pipeline for Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.

This one-year Wind Power Project Management programme was designed to provide in depth knowledge about all phases of wind farm development. through close collaboration with industry experts.
