Application Services is accountable for Provider and Service Integration Management on Business Application Services. Part of my new role is a transformation of the team into a service oriented, customer friendly, effective and efficient Team. The goal we aim is high quality application services, KPI based management and reporting combined with best price levels for our Customers. The Financial Controlling of entire IT Line Budget including reporting on senior management Level concludes my accountability .

As Part of IT Service Integration & Management department, I am tasked to build up Service Portfolio Management Team to support and strengten Service Integration Management Organization. Provider Management Governance , IT SIAM Process setup as well as Financial controlling, Budget and Financial reporting on Board-Level are part of this Role.

As part of the Enterprise Architecture Team I own responsibility for the Business Process Architecture working closely together with the Data, Application and Technical Architects to ensure implementation of reliable and sustainable Governance Models and Domain/Process Landscapes.

Support, Consulting and Coaching in Business Analysis and Business Process optimization

Define and manage Architecture for Service Management Discipline in the area of Automation and Process Orchestration. Industrialization of IT Processes including connecting processes such as Configuration Management, Event Management (Monitoring) as well as other ITIL Processes such as Incident- and Change/Release management.

Trainer for adults in Informaiton Technology for the preparation of the Swiss National Certificate "Technische Kaufleute"

Supervisor (Teamlead Deputy) in Citrix Architecture and Engineering Team. Responsible for Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop solution architecture and Engineering. Manager for the Operations Team (content Level) and responsible for the overall VDI and Terminal Services Application.

Engineer in Windows Server and Active Directory environments. Build infrastructure Services for File, Print, Authentication and Application platforms. Support dedicated Engineering Teams for Share-point, SQL, Exchange, and other platforms.
