As a part of the Corporate Recruitment and Development team, my main responsibilities are: •Management and coordination of corporate selection processes. Recruitment of Business Support positions such as IT, Finance and HR roles, as well as specific pharmaceutical profiles such as Medical Advisers and Market Access Managers.

As an International Recruitment Manager in the Native Speaker division, my responsibilities are to be in charge of various recruitment processes for Spain and other European countries, manage a team of Recruitment Consultants as well as managing the relationships with our key accounts.

As an International Recruitment Consultant in the Native Speaker division, my responsibilities were to be in charge of various recruitment process from beginning to the end. I mostly recruited multilingual candidates with customer service, sales, helpdesk or financial administration profiles. Key account relationship management was also one of my main responsibilities.

Assisted with various tasks in the HR department of IKEA Hospitalet

My main responsibility was to solve IT issues for the employers of multinational companies (in French, English and Spanish).
