Responsible for the overall audit of trade, accounts, and cash departments. Evaluation of client’s records in the system as per designed policy of organization. End to end validation of cheques, money orders and pay orders. Cash management and transaction closure. Reporting of account receivable and payable. Facilitating ATM maintenance activities. Trade documentation

Manage client invoice and payment updates Send invoices/statements to clients Process payments Participate in a significant amount of inter-departmental coordination with our account managers and ad managers Respond to both client and internal requests quickly and with high quality communication High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting Collections Prepare/maintain various reports

Hunting new sales prospects, developing leads in the pipeline, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction Reaching out to both cold and warm prospects Present and demonstrate services and products remotely and in person Successfully close new business through relationship-based selling Prospect new potential deals to fill our pipeline Schedule sales meetings and present products Identify client needs and suggesting appropriate solutions Manage client relationships
