Full-scope leadership of a major automotive steering program, spanning E/E hardware, software, mechanical and systems engineering, cyber security, safety engineering, requirement engineering, supply chain, production, quality, and purchasing. I lead the program organization within a large, international matrix structure; full P&L accountability.

Directed multiple large-scale programs, including turnaround leadership on programs in critical, high-pressure situations, delivered to plan on quality, timing, and profitability. This included project leadership from the early phase through mass production for the electric power steering system developed for Bosch's first autonomous driving (Robotaxi) platform.

Led complex, multi-phase energy infrastructure projects with full technical, commercial, and contractual responsibility across conventional and renewable sectors — instrumentation and control, electrical systems, EPC power plant, and turnkey PV. Key areas: executive-level customer relationship management, cross-functional coordination across engineering, legal, sales, and delivery, claims and risk management, contract and SLA negotiation, site operations and HSE compliance.

Supported the setup of ABB's Local Product Group for Renewables, with a focus on photovoltaic systems, market strategy, and technical/commercial enablement. Key areas: market and portfolio analysis, business case development, technical training delivery, bid management support, industry representation at trade fairs and conferences.
