I was certified by the State Bar of California to prosecute felony preliminary hearings. However, I did not get the opportunity to prosecute because my background report took an inordinately long time to clear.

Assisted judicial officers in assigned courtrooms by managing the logistical functioning and flow of courtroom activities to ensure the court ran in an efficient and professional manner; controlled court calendars and scheduled hearings according to legal and procedural time limits; maintained the official record of the court; acted as liaison with judicial officers, legal counsel, court staff, all interested parties and the public to answer procedural questions and resolved courtroom problems.

I subcontracted the networking duties at various Hotel, Resorts and Casinos. I also did computer networking projects for small businesses and residential customers.

I was the Managing Partner of a financial planning software company. We sold information which helped clients transfer their high interest balances to lower interest rate credit cards. I tackled day-to-day strategic issues in a fast-paced, quickly evolving, highly regulated industry like overseeing the company's compliance management system for monitoring telemarketers working for sub-contractors, and staying abreast of new regulations within the industry.

I was responsible for overseeing the provision of comprehensive human resources services in employee and labor relations, performance management and coaching, conflict resolution, compliance, policy development, training, recruitment, retention, and compensation.
