• Provide solution definition and design (both HLD & LLD). • Work with stakeholders to define the best solution and implementation. • Lead the implementation. • Solution designing. • Testing and tuning. • Coordinate with delivery teams to fulfill the requirements of the customers in a suitable way for both parties.

Enhance and deliver MobiNetS products (NEP OSS Planning and Inventory, FM, SOD, SQM and WF): • Manage customers • Writing BRS & SRS. • Prepare project documents (technical tenders, scope document, HLD, LLD, UAT and training materials). • Product development: problem analysis, research, solution design, design session with development team and testing. • Conduct training and do the acceptance tests with customers. • Manage Delivery team and project. • Support technical team and train new employees.

Getting the Technical requirements of the customer and write them in the FRS document (Equipment modeling, Importer connector, ATP). Analyze customer’s network to support the customization when needed. Coordinate with the Development team for data processing and bug fixing. Testing to ensure the Auto Import process is working properly. FM (Fault Management) system Deliver the tool and conduct the needed training to the customer.

IP/MPLS networks O&M for Huawei & Juniper equipment DWDM/SDH Optical network O&M

Working in O&M center UTRAN Radio DB for Huawei equipment (RNC (BSC 6800) and (BSC 6810), NodeB (BTS 3812, DBS3800), Creating new RNC DB, new NodeB DB, Management on all related measurements and alarms). · Working on CME application for creating and managing RAN parts data files.
