Public Speaking Training development and delivery. (Presentation skills, vocal delivery, speech preparation, negotiations, persuasive speaking, impromptu presentations, discussing options, dealing with misunderstandings). Real-life communication strategies, conflict resolution.

Development of educational content (Figma, PowerPoint); new product development and testing; curriculum development; internal training development and assessment; maintaining internal guidelines; standardization of new workflows for the tutors’ team. Accomplishments: Developed an onboarding assessment to evaluate tutors’ comprehension of internal training, which cut onboarding time by approx.20% during the first month of implementation.

Development of educational content (Notion, Prezi, Miro, Google Classroom, ProgressMe); teaching English for professional purposes (interviews, public speaking, business communication). Accomplishments: Created a program in public speaking, which has been used to prepare students to participate in 10+ international conferences. Developed a program in business English and adjusted it to the needs of 30+ students. Developed 10+ courses collaborating with other instructional designers and experts.

Teaching English to adults individually and in groups; conducting webinars and workshops; curriculum development; learning materials development. Accomplishments: Developed a training program for beginners with no experience in language learning. Improved one of the programs for group lessons (improved the quality of visual materials, integrated audio and video materials in the programs), which resulted in more positive reviews from students and attracted new clients (8 new clients during 3 months).

Teaching English and Intercultural Communication to students (70+ people); conducting workshops on academic writing, public speaking; curriculum development. Accomplishments: Developed a course on Intercultural Communication from scratch.
