Act as a Product owner/Product manager. Be a liaison between client and development team. Create feature list based on client interaction, prioritize them and create PRDs, backlog and keep all stakeholder updated with timely communication and progress on the project. Mentor and Guide BAs, Developers and QA to work effectively. Participate in design discussion with UI/UX team. Do market research, understand competitive landscape and work with sales and marketing team in creating materials.

Create workshop to gather requirement, generate prototypes and help customer understand the actual problem and then create data driven solutions. Act as Product Manager and handle all the scrum related activity like product/release backlog maintenance, client interaction, demo, writing user story, updating stakeholder on the status.

Work on project which are either governed by govt. policy, user feedback or technology updated related to provider system in US healthcare. Apart from regular work participate in design discussion, QA walk-throughs and provide technical help to the team members. Identify business opportunity for lean or six sigma implementation and help in saving cost and increasing system effectiveness.

Work with technical team in understanding the legacy system and create POCs for the modernization of the applications.

Campus recruited from college and trained to work as application developer. Create application based on the technical document provided, ran unit tests and solved tickets created in production by the client or the customer.
