I am responsible for leading recruitment activities for Leica Biosystems in Europe

I was responsible for all recruitment activity at Premier Research outside of the USA. This included management of the European recruitment team and taking the lead on high profile roles.

I am currently responsible for all recruitment activities for Premier Research Group in Europe. As the organisation is expanding rapidly I am continuing to develop our recruitment processes and policies according to our dynamic business.

I had specialised in the provision of flexible staffing solutions to our CRO and Pharma clients globally. My role had invovled internal recruitment at Pharmanet as well as recruiting for external pharma clients as well.

I had started up the Biometrics recruitmeent function at Clinical professionals and had line managed the QA, Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance function for a period as well.

I had started the contract finance energy and utilities recruitment function within PSD.

I had specialised in the recruitment of engineering professionals into small to mid sized engineering businesses in the UK
