- attracting multinational corporate clients, selling of all range of banking products, maintenance of customer relationship; credit request preparation (including: description of customer`s business and market, description of transaction, risk/return analysis, financial analysis part: analysis of B/S and P&L, cash-flow projections); providing active management and coordination of all range of banking services for corporate clients (credit lines, project finance, trade finance), etc.

- launch of corporate business (from zero) in compliance with HQ standards; improving existing product line for corporate clients, implementation of new banking products; developing customers` base, ensuring fulfillment of corporate business sales targets; responsible for corporate business development at 5 subordinated regional corporate centers, etc.

-establishing contacts with corporate clients, selling of all range of banking products, maintaining customer relationship; structuring of credit limits; basic financial analysis of clients; presentation of credit limit at Credit Committee; coordination of documentation flow; managing accounts, providing financing (credit lines, project finance, trade finance, syndication facilities, cross-border loans); follow-up on customers’ performance through meetings, calls and conferences;

- monitoring of Trade Finance limits (credit lines, documentary transactions, factoring, leasing, etc); drafting and arrangement signing of all agreements under the deals, control of fulfillment by clients of their obligations under contacts; working out letters of credit and bank guarantees; communication with corresponding banks and further support of projects execution; arranging financing through Export Credit Agencies, etc.

- administration of limits of financing, monitoring of loan portfolio; controlling of loan commitments, booking of all loan transactions; reporting on lending (internal and to HQ), etc
