I provided operational & administrative support to Fund Managers and Traders. I set up the whole middle office desk with my supervisor after initial traning in the US office. I managed the day to day activities of the function across all markets for bonds and equity investments such as trade capture, front-to-back reconciliations, client allocation and confirmation and communication with custodian banks for pre-matching and fails management.
