KG leading the Bauelemente Gruppe (ca. 950 FTE's), which includes the companies ACO Tiefbau GmbH, ACO Hochbau GmbH, AGuss GmbH, Inotec GmbH, ACO Detego GmbH, ACO Passavant Guss GmbH and ACO Beton GmbH. In addition ACO Severin Ahlmann GmbH & Co. KG production sites, procurement, logistics and HR etc.

In charge of a commercial organization of 1000 employees. Active in Nordic countries, Poland and China. Selling our products through our own shops(250 locations) and a franchise network in DK/Norway/Sweden of 300 shops. We also sell our products to the larger DIY stores in private label and our 2nd brand. I am responsible for sales management, marketing and business development, as part of the executive management of the company.
