Headed the global Project Lead department, which is single point of contact for Supply Chain topics (fields Source/Make/Deliver following Supply Chain Operations Reference/SCOR model) during product lifecycle. Group size: 13 employees, spread over different location and countries

Headed the global Procurement Engineering group (7 employees), single point of contact for all North American product realization teams for all topics concerning Strategic Procurement.

Rebuilt the integration of Procurement into the Product Lifecycle Processes after company carve out from Siemens AG, single point of contact for all North American product realization teams for all topics concerning Strategic Procurement.

Responsible for technical assessment and procurement of RF, analog ICs, processors and wireless connectivity components. Also supported Mobile Phones/Customer Premises Equipment business units for DVB-H and DECT chipsets.

Responsibilities included the implementation and test of code as well as project planning on silicon and product level from a Signal Processing point of view.
