Responsible for leading the product team and driving product line development to ensure the bank's competitiveness and customer satisfaction. Currently primarily responsible for blockchain-related projects; the bank is actively exploring and implementing blockchain technology to improve the efficiency, security, and transparency of financial services.

Lead the strategic planning and execution of the entire product management department or multiple product lines. The Product Director is responsible for developing the overall strategy for the product department, coordinating cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring that the product portfolio aligns with the company's long-term business objectives.

Senior product managers are responsible for more complex or important product lines, lead larger-scale product development projects, formulate long-term product strategies, and communicate directly with senior management. They typically manage a team and mentor junior product managers and planners.

Expanding digital banking services. Mobile and online banking services: 2013 was a period of rapid growth for digital banking services. Product planners may be involved in developing and optimizing online and mobile banking platforms, enhancing customer experience, and launching new features such as mobile payments, bill payments, and fund transfers.

The bank officially merged with Texas Community Bank on February 21, 2023, and both banks reopened under the name Stellar Bank. I completed a ten week internship as a Summer Commercial Analyst in the Global Markets Summer Analyst Program, and then worked in the planning department.
