My job consist of talent management - people development and recruiting in EMEA area. We work together for systematic development of engagement and resourcing for the future to support our business success.

I helped people in leading their workforce - thinking global, but acting local. The strenghts were user experience and smart analytics. In short, my job consisted of Human Capital Management solutions: Core HR, Recruiting, Learning, Goal and Performance Management, Talent Management and Compensation. Moreover, I worked as Service and Project Manager for customers. I worked for Csolutor Oy first 6 months, after that in April 2018 Sofigate acquired Csolutor.

I was responsible for new and long-term international customer relationships. This means subsidiary, dealer and direct customer contacts, export deliveries, dept. collection, claim handling, export returns, cost efficiency, pricing, sales and demand planning. I was a team leader and project manager for a team of 5 members. At the end of this position I started to create a system for innovation culture.

Majored in international business and organization psychology, minored in marketing, personnel management and competition law.
