Research and development of new food products, pre and post production testing of packaging properties, assurance of raw material, half-product and final product safety and quality, histamine analysis in raw material, half-product and final-product by the TLC method, coordination and managing of adequate functioning of all units of production plant, assurance of quality improvement, production productivity and continuation, optimization of production process according to pre-recorded production parameters.
