Reporting into the SVP Country Head USA, I am fully accountable for our mission-driven business to revolutionize Finance through Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics and Behavioral Biometrics.

Promoted into this role to act as key point of contact for one of Arvato's Top Global Client Accounts with 700 staff based in the Philippines, Poland and 7 other countries. Reporting to the SVP Global Key Accounts, I have been in charge of the Client Relationship Management team, Commercial & Contract Management, Account Development, Strategic Projects and Workforce Management.

Promoted into this role to support the further development of Arvato’s Top Global Client Accounts like Google and Microsoft. Reported to the CEO Global F&A while leading teams of consultants and analysts. Planned, staffed and project managed comprehensive assessment of Top Client Account and BPO Service Center in Manila.
